It's about friggin time I updated this thing! Not so much into the whole blogging thing right now, too busy!!! But for all of you who just love us and check our blog religiously...... this posts for you! Christmas was great! Santa brought Jax this gigantic dinosaur tent that wouldn't even fit in our house, not to mention it was like 50 different velcroed peices you had to put together, WHAT! Next year Santa really needs to pay more attention to dimensions! We went sledding on Chirstmas Eve with the fam, what a blast! I landed in the splits and twisted my knee trying to snowboard, it's been awhile! Other than that lots of time spent with the fams! We just love our families and want to thank them for making the holidays so great! Randi and mom...... you're the best! So there you have it, an update on us! Until next month! Lol!

Halloween......

Okay so this post is soooooooooo late! What do you do? Actually my hubbie has the camera and I FINALLY got him to send over a pic or two. Thanks babe! Halloween was a blast, even though Jax was more into fancy lit mailboxes and ponds in peoples front yards. Bad idea going over to Triple Crown, they're all rich over there and so everyone has ponds and fancy mailboxes!! Hey you do what you have to for the goods! We're talking whole candy bars! Cutest giraffe EVER fo sho!

Halloween Booger Man......

Okay Jamers, you gave me this idea! Here's Jax's Halloween past, the whole 2 years! He's seriously the cutest thing living on this planet and always will be! Can you tell the kid has an attachment to his bink? You just wait this year though...... you thought a frog and pirate were cute! You're all in for a real "treat", ha, ha, ha! I'm lame-o!

Happy B-day to me and mom and gramps and......

Happy 29th to me and ...... I don't know if mom wants me putting her age on this since she's sooooo old! Lol! I love you mom and love sharing this day with you and GRANDPA! Best grandpa ever! He's turning the big 8-6 this year, what a trooper! It's lame that I'm doing a post for my own birthday I know! We had so much fun, went to ghetto Italian Village then to the Haunted Village. Much scarier last year but it was fun to go with the whole fam. Mom didn't pee her pants, shocker, Em and Lara did a good job of jumping out trying to initiate the peeing, didn't work, what to do? We would've all liked to have had that happen, maybe next year. It was memorable! Thanks everyone for you splendid gifts!

General Conference......

I love, love, love, General Conference and all that it stands for! These past sessions were awesome! My fav was Elder Wirthlin's talk on making the best out of the situations we've been handed in life, "come what may, and love it". His message was so touching to me and came at such a perfect time in our lives. I'm sure everyone watched conference ALL DAY Saturday but if you didn't get a chance to hear it, it's definitely worth taking the time to read. http://www.lds.org/conference/talk/display/0,5232,89-1-947-9,00.html

Well hey there......

I can't believe it's been a friggin month already, where does the time go? Life has just been sooooo busy for us this past month. Jax is doing awesome in everything, I'm so proud of him! He's being a little better in school, not hitting anyone as far as I know, but getting him to sit and pay attention, that's a different story. I'm just so thankful for the efforts of his teachers who take the time to care, I know results will come! His signing and language is coming along, slowly but surely! But most important is it's coming. I'm reading this awesome book called Ten Things Every Child With Autism Wishes You Knew, such a great book and an easy read, anyway there's this line in it that says, "There is no short-cut to any place worth going", I love that! I truly feel blessed to be where we are and am so proud of all of Jaxson's "what might seem little" accomplishments. I love you son!
As for Tom and I, if we keep going at this rate, we'll die at age 40. We just keep holding out for landscaping to be over and school. And lets not forget to mention the dreaded month of October at Gardner Village. Yes, yes the witches are out and that means swarms of women and their costumes! Why do I do this to myself year after year...... We are super busy but happy!

School Days......

Our little booger man is off to preschool! I can't believe he's in school already! It'll be so good for him to start young, he's so capable of learning so much, even at this age. When I went to pick him up the teacher wanted to talk to me so I'm thinkin, "crap what did he do already"? Well come to find out he had a little issue with throwing things and hitting the teacher for making him sit in a chair...... Apparently we need to work on a few things at home! What's a parent to do?

Where does the time go? This past weekend was my 10 year H.S. Reunion, go Miners! It was great to see some old faces and enjoy some serious fine cuisine, lol! Thanks Am for all your hard work and effort! You get to do this for many years to come! Boy oh boy! It was a good time!

Go Aggies......

Our baby sis is off to USU today, so sad! Lara's a blast to have around and we're all really going to miss her. Hang in there mom! Go ride your scooter, the wind in your hair, the long line of traffic behind you, that'll get your mind off things! Lol! Love you sister friend! Be good!

Sisterhood of the traveling scooters......

Watch out everyone, off the roads! That is if you want to go more than 15 mph! Teri and Des are officially biker babes! It was Desi and Cliff's anniversary this weekend and being the wonderful hubbie Cliff is he bought his wife a scooter, what a guy! Now mom and Des can ransack South Jordan together, scary thought!

You call this art......

Heck yes this is artistic! Tom's going to kill me but I'm sure I'll live through it! Here's a little something he's been working on in the garage. Come on, how many of us could throw this together? It's his way of releasing the pressures of everyday life, and it's legal! I go shopping, he tags, so what! Very talented, I bet most of you didn't know that about Tom? I love blogging!

Here we go......

I know, I know this has got to be the best blog anyone has ever seen! If anyone needs help with this blogging junk you know who to call! Lol! With a few hours of clicking and a couple of phone calls (thanks Jam), here it is! I know you've all been waiting for it! And I really don't even know what to talk about. My life is so exciting! Jax and I went to Wheeler Farm today on a field trip with his class. That was a hoot! I just love to be around stinky, sweaty animals in 100 degree heat, yummy! Jax loved it, he just sat back in the wagon, ate goldfish and enjoyed the ride. What's not to love? Now Jax will nap while I spend countless hours on this blog trying to figure the whole thing out. It's a fun filled, exciting day around our house!
