Well hey there......

I can't believe it's been a friggin month already, where does the time go? Life has just been sooooo busy for us this past month. Jax is doing awesome in everything, I'm so proud of him! He's being a little better in school, not hitting anyone as far as I know, but getting him to sit and pay attention, that's a different story. I'm just so thankful for the efforts of his teachers who take the time to care, I know results will come! His signing and language is coming along, slowly but surely! But most important is it's coming. I'm reading this awesome book called Ten Things Every Child With Autism Wishes You Knew, such a great book and an easy read, anyway there's this line in it that says, "There is no short-cut to any place worth going", I love that! I truly feel blessed to be where we are and am so proud of all of Jaxson's "what might seem little" accomplishments. I love you son!
As for Tom and I, if we keep going at this rate, we'll die at age 40. We just keep holding out for landscaping to be over and school. And lets not forget to mention the dreaded month of October at Gardner Village. Yes, yes the witches are out and that means swarms of women and their costumes! Why do I do this to myself year after year...... We are super busy but happy!

School Days......

Our little booger man is off to preschool! I can't believe he's in school already! It'll be so good for him to start young, he's so capable of learning so much, even at this age. When I went to pick him up the teacher wanted to talk to me so I'm thinkin, "crap what did he do already"? Well come to find out he had a little issue with throwing things and hitting the teacher for making him sit in a chair...... Apparently we need to work on a few things at home! What's a parent to do?
